I will now turn to the preliminary budget and the impact on the operating budget.

At this time last year, we had a ratified collective bargaining agreement for the labor representing our classified staff.

This year, we're pleased that we have ratified collective bargaining agreement for the faculty union of the Professional Staff Congress.
