Now that we have completed the initial launch of New York City Reads and Solves, it is essential that we support our educators to implement these initiatives with fidelity, which is why we have provided unprecedented levels of professional development.

We anticipate that by the June, New York City Reads and Solves schools will have received a cumulative eighteen thousand five hundred plus days of coaching this school year.

And in partnership with the UFT and CSA, we have introduced flexibilities in response to educator feedback and we are continuing to refine and enhance our implementation strategy, investing in an additional year of job embedded coaching and support for our New York City Reads Educators.
