How difficult is it to hire for these positions when the funding is not baseline or guaranteed in the out years?

It's definitely always a preference to have funding baseline and guaranteed in the out years.

I will say for positions like these, it's just hard to hire generally and we have high turnover and so that's one of the things we're continuing to work to ensure that we're supporting our food workers and retaining them as well.
