Today, are voting to approve the modifications LUs two three four, two three five, and two three six, which were referred by the landmark subcommittee earlier today.

These LUI items are for the 581 Grant Avenue development related to property in Council Member Nurses District in Brooklyn.

This project includes a request for a UDAP approvals including the related disposition of city owned property, as well as a zoning map amendment and a zoning tax amendment.

Together these actions will facilitate the development of a new seven story mixed use building with approximately 213 income restricted units in the Eastern York neighborhood of Brooklyn.
