So today, I'm announcing a ninety day process that NISON will commence immediately to assess our risk as we as a city can better understand what we will need to do to mitigate and prepare for this new context.

This will include working with regional partners, the private sector and the state to fill gaps created by federal cuts to budgets, workforce, and the agencies we depend upon.
