Well the majority of our budget is really our staffing, and our staffing is all, obviously we have an operational side that of course we need to support the running of the agency, but all of the personnel in the agency are really devoted to our investigations.

We have a general counsel squad that advises the agency on legal issues, both related and unrelated to the actual investigations.
