The the only question I have following that is has has the agency received an increase in applications in specific boroughs?
2:48:54
Because I know in The Bronx, for instance, we only had one IDNYC office, then we were able to add a second.
2:48:58
But it's, you know, it's a pretty big borough.
2:49:01
If you live, you know, in City Island, you're not gonna wanna travel all the way, you know, to the South Bronx to an IDNYC office.
2:49:09
Or you may not be able to.
2:49:10
Right?
2:49:12
How do you consider where to strategically place offices and how many offices you have to meet the demand so that we're not making it harder or an inconvenience for folks to be able to obtain a card?
Scott French
2:49:27
Sure.
2:49:28
I'll have to get back to you on specific borough numbers.
2:49:30
I don't have those with me, but the teams do assess and look at the trends over time to look to see that we a, have enough appointments in each one of the locations that we have to make sure that we meet the need, as well as identify areas where right we maybe need to think of other ways to approach it.
2:49:46
One of the things we are looking forward to is the ability to transition some applications at least to online will further help people where they live to apply for IDNYC in a simpler way.
2:49:59
But it is something that we consistently are looking at to make sure that we sort of adapt as we need to to what the needs are.
Molly Wasow Park
2:50:05
We also have the capacity to do pop up application events as needed to address particular pockets of demand.
Scott French
2:50:12
And we've partnered I know with many council members and continue to to also do things at council member offices.
Diana Ayala
2:50:18
Yeah.
2:50:19
Okay.
2:50:19
I appreciate that.
2:50:21
I'm done with my line of questions.
2:50:22
I think we have a follow-up question for from council member Aviles and Brewer, in that order.
2:50:28
Council member Aviles?
