Yeah, if I could also note, we have between DHS and our outreach contractors, BRC, and then there are a number of others that cover above ground, we have about 400 outreach workers.

It is far and away the largest outreach program in the country, but 400 people covering the city the size of New York City Twenty fourseven.

We obviously can't be every place in real time.

Really strongly encourage people to call 311 because not only will we respond, but more importantly I think actually we use that data to determine where we should be sending people.
