Yeah.
1:03:35
Not to pile but one of the programs that we get support from through the Institute of Museum and Library Services is a program that we call Pathways, which allows us to provide scholarships to Brooklyn Public Library employees who are not, who do not possess the master's degree in library and information services, but who would like to advance their careers.
1:03:59
And that funding allows us to support employees who apply, who have undergraduate degrees and want to go on and further their careers so that they can become librarians in our system.
1:04:12
And that program has been ongoing for a couple of years.
1:04:16
There's still a year and a half remaining on it.
1:04:18
It would be devastating to have to roll back a program like that which not only helps individual employee but then in fact pushes it out to the borough in general.
