Particularly, I wanna ask you some questions about Brooklyn.
5:06:29
As you know, Jeff, our community is pretty disappointed with how construction has advanced.
5:06:35
The demolition process was an absolute disaster and terribly mismanaged.
5:06:41
And we currently have h there's an AHV in effect till midnight for the rest of the project in perpetuity.
5:06:48
And then you have separate AHVs, alternate you know, after hours variances in effect six days a week until 4AM.
5:06:56
Excuse me.
5:06:57
Five days a week until 4AM, Saturdays nine to five, plus three upcoming weekends of twenty four seven work in May.
5:07:04
So for people who you know, as you know, this is a densely populated area and we have people who have many thousands of people that live hundreds of feet away from this site, and we're talking about 20 fourseven work, work until 4AM, six nights five nights a week, and in perpetuity work until midnight for the next five years of this project, it's been really disappointing that there isn't a more manageable approach to try and work with our community to mitigate negative impacts.
5:07:36
I've asked you a hundred times, but I will ask again, can we look again at the necessity of these AHVs and try to reduce hours to improve the experience of neighbors with the construction?
