Commissioner Rodriguez announces the upcoming construction on the fifth phase of the Vision Zero Great Street reconstruction of the Grand Concourse in the Bronx.
- Construction will begin in spring on the section between East Fordham Road and East 198th Street.
- The project has a budget of $55 million.
- Improvements will include grade-separated bicycle facilities, pedestrian safety enhancements, and landscaped medians.
