As I said in my testimony, were pleased to announce last year our focus on better bathrooms and we building 46 new ones and renovating 36 additional ones, so a huge investment in bathrooms.

But in addition to the investment we're making in bathrooms, I'm so proud of our capital team has just done enormous work in looking at all different ways to bring bathrooms online cheaper, faster, That's why we're looking at modular and trailers and the Portland Lou and many different options to decrease the cost per unit cost of bathrooms.
