And and absolutely I think that we are still in the beginning stages of the actually build out because what's key to us is training, right, and making sure that young people if they are involved in the peer to peer, it can be through work learn and grow.
1:44:55
It can be through any one of our school based programs that they are trained.
1:44:59
One of the things that we don't wanna do and we're very concerned about and you know this as well is trauma bonding, right.
1:45:07
Which is which is which is real.
1:45:09
So we have to we have to build it up in in with that mindset understanding that although it's a peer to peer model, we do not wanna create another problem across the board.
Althea V. Stevens
1:45:24
Yeah.
1:45:25
Absolutely.
1:45:25
But you know, just making sure that we're thinking about this will be another tool in the toolkit which is why we have it now that we can have young sign up for and it is a training so that they can do the peer to peer work and have access to it.
1:45:37
So we should definitely think about how we can use that in our program because it's not just gonna benefit DOE schools, it's about the climate.
1:45:46
So they have access, they'll be able to take it and we should think about integrating it and using it in our model too since
Keith Howard
1:45:53
