you guys looking to work with OMB to talk about the city FEPS voucher?
0:33:50
Is that gonna be an option?
0:33:51
I'm just actually really just trying to push for us to make sure that we are thinking about what are the options and plans that we can put in place at our level, right?
0:33:59
We cannot control what we cannot control, but for me planning is the best solution for us to have moving forward because we know that there will be an impact.
0:34:07
And when this administration was here last time, and I'm talking about the Trump administration because he was here before, RHY was hit the hardest.
0:34:16
And so for me, I would like us to be over prepared because clearly we have to make sure that these young people are vulnerable.
0:34:25
So you know we know that this is a huge LGBTQ population.
0:34:29
They're you know they're being attacked regularly.
0:34:32
We know that a lot of these folks are immigrants that are coming here from other countries.
0:34:36
So for me this is a place where we have to overly be prepared and should be at the top of the bill because they're the most vulnerable at this moment.
0:34:44
And so that's why for me I'm like, what is the plan?
0:34:47
And if we don't have a plan, then let's meet to make a plan because there's no way that this is not gonna be impact because if you're flagging it, that means we know this is something that's coming down the pike.
0:34:56
And so definitely let's make sure after this we set up some time to talk because I am very scared for our young people and that was one of the things that I heard from the providers when this administration came back that RHY was hit so hard last time and I mean Susan you've been here, you know this was hard for us this last the last go around when this administration was here.
0:35:14
So I want us to be overly prepared and think about how the we can't pick up everything but what we can I want us to make sure we do?

0:35:21
So just want to just say that we are in conversations with OMB.
0:35:27
They are the lead agency.
0:35:29
They are the ones that are guiding us if there are impacts.
0:35:34
But currently those conversations with providers are happening in real time, but they are happening across the city.
0:35:43
They're happening across the city.
0:35:45
I am not saying that this is not concerning to us.
0:35:47
Of course this is concerning to us on the highest level, but right now we can only have conversations about exactly how do we maneuver if we have to maneuver at all because at this time we don't see an impact.
