1:11:41
In fiscal twenty five, they have one point, excuse me, they Hold on.
1:11:49
In fiscal twenty four, they have invoices totaling more than $500,000.
1:11:55
Fiscal 20 5, invoices totaling $980,000, totaling $1,900,000 that they are waiting for services that have been rendered, receipts that have been put in, and still two years later looking at increasing demands waiting for this money.
1:12:20
What is going on?
Keith Howard
1:12:23
We're working with our nonprofit partners to make sure that we're resolving issues.
1:12:31
Some of those issues are being led by mayor office of contracts.
1:12:40
But they're working in partnership with us.
1:12:43
I can honestly say that the mayor's office of nonprofit has also been leading the way as well.
1:12:49
Making sure that providers understand that yes there are there are problems in the system and we're working with those problems.
1:12:57
We are providing white glove treatment to those organizations who reach out to my understanding and those Center for Family Life is a really they really have amazing program.
1:13:09
They're a very good partner of ours.
1:13:11
I have not gotten a phone call from them, but I will reach out to them.
Alexa Avilés
1:13:15
So I wanna correct something for the record.
1:13:20
They have contract registration and approval on passport totaling 1,900,000.0 in addition to the 500,000 for fiscal twenty four, in addition to the to the 980,000 in fiscal twenty five, which totals actually 3,400,000.0 in in funding that that should be reimbursed.
1:13:43
With all due respect commissioner, white glove treatment, if you owe me $3,400,000, that is not white glove treatment.
Keith Howard
1:13:51
Well, other thing is the complexities on why there is a system problem.
1:13:57
But what we've been doing across the board is making sure that we case manage those who are having problems across the board.
1:14:07
And again, Center for Family Life, they can they can they are running one of our programs.
1:14:14
