My next question is about some of the properties that we have on Staten Island that's in the CAS inventory.
0:20:43
None of them are rented to tenants who have been there for a long time.
0:20:46
A number of them are municipal lots for parking.
0:20:49
Can you give us any kind of sense of whether there's any plan changes or vision for those sites?
0:20:55
Or is there commitment to maintaining the current uses as is?
Louis Molina
0:21:00
Yeah.
0:21:00
So I think there's a commitment depending on if there's gonna be a change in those uses to figure out if that change makes sense for the city and also the community as well that those lots may be in.
0:21:11
We have been doing a review within real estate to look at what lots may be viable to possibly put up for lease auction, and evaluating those properties with our new executive deputy commissioner Overton, who oversees asset and property management.

But we're in close communication with community leaders throughout the city regarding any sort of real estate opportunities that may exist for communities, nonprofits, and others.

And when do you expect that internal review to conclude?
Louis Molina
0:21:38
Yeah.
0:21:38
So we just recently had a meeting a couple of weeks ago, and we're happy to sort of work with you if there are any specific lots within your district that you think you might have some ideas on.
0:21:50
You know, obviously, there's a there may be a EULA process that may be involved with that, and we'd work closely with you to sort of figure that out.
