Hello.
6:02:31
My name is Charles DeSan Pedro, and I have been a member of TOP Clubhouse for six years.
6:02:37
I am here testifying on behalf of Top Clubhouse because it means the world to me.
6:02:41
It helps give structure to my days, it makes available fun activities and a chance to volunteer and feel needed.
6:02:49
I love Top Clubhouse and I hope it never closes, so I can keep enjoying it and others keep enjoying it too.
6:02:55
Before coming to Top Clubhouse, I became a member of a larger clubhouse.
6:02:59
This large clubhouse had lots of members and could overwhelm me.
6:03:03
When I was told Top was accepting new members and that Top was a smaller clubhouse, I thought Top might be a great fit for me and it definitely was.
6:03:13
I knew from my first day that I was going to love it at Top.
6:03:17
Top helped me find my job two years ago at the US Open and Top has put me in touch with many people, many great people.
6:03:26
Small clubhouses matter just like big clubhouses do and I hope you will give us the funding that we need.
6:03:32
Thank you.
