So one is case closures without cleanup.

There have been multiple reports of sanitation cases being marked as closed without the necessary cleaning services being performed.

How does sanitation track and verify the completion of the cleanup request before cases are closed?

And is there an internal review process to ensure accountability when issues are reported as un resolved.

And I will say, and we've spoken to Antonio a number of times when we get these complaints in, I will literally see the photo of before.
