So I think on the uniform side recruiting has gone well.

Thankfully as I mentioned is my my testimony, sanitation workers do a great job, they're recognized for it.

So I think retention and recruitment on that side is goes pretty well.

On the civilian side, I think the only challenge we have is with our mechanics where some of them are starting to reach you know retirement age, but I think you know working with the administration OMB, they've thankfully allowed us to start to backfill some of those positions so it's getting a lot
