- Deputy Commissioner Antonelli explains that the state hasn't released the money yet for the cameras.
- The process for receiving and using state allocations is described as more complex and time-consuming compared to city council allocations.
- Banks requests further information on when the money will be released to discuss appropriate camera placement.

Okay, thank you.
1:30:29
And just my last question and I'll wrap it up.
1:30:31
When it comes to ballot budget allocations for illegal dumping, we know that there was a state allocation from Senator Roxanne Passard to put up dumping cameras in my district.
1:30:44
I need to know exactly where these cameras have been placed and yeah, where have the cameras been placed and how many have been placed?
Joseph Antonelli
1:31:00
Yeah.
1:31:00
One thing that I do want to point out, the state hasn't released the money yet for that.
1:31:06
You know when city council allocates money it's a very quick process we're able to spend it right away.
1:31:11
With the state it essentially turns into a grant application and it takes a significant amount of time often years for us to get that money so we're I think we're at the final stages of actually getting that money, but we don't have it yet.
Chris Banks

Okay.
1:31:23
Well, thank you so much.
1:31:24
And if we can just get some further information as to when that money's released, so if we can have a conversation where those cameras can be placed appropriately.
1:31:32
Thank
