Okay, thank you.
1:29:33
So in addition to the term sheet itself, continuing the conversation the thread on staffing, what is the total budget for neighborhood pillars in the preliminary plan on the capital side?
1:29:44
And given the critical importance of this tool for preservation preserving distressed buildings, what additional capital and staffing resources is HPD putting towards this program over the next five years?
1:30:33
And what is the budgeted headcount affiliated or associated with the Neighborhood Pillars program?
1:30:40
Is the vacancy rate?

I'm gonna turn to our DC for budget on that.
Gardea Caphart
1:29:56
Yeah.
1:29:57
So in terms of neighborhood pillars, so first with the capital budget, you know, with the funding we do move funding around depending on what projects are.
1:30:07
What was added for neighborhood pillars is about 42,000,000 right now as it stands across the financial plan.
1:30:15
And in terms of preservation, we'd to look at it overall.
1:30:19
Our overall preservation capital plan over the year over the ten year capital plan is about $5,800,000,000 right now.
1:30:41
So we don't have as far as that particular program, but we that's under our overall preservation finance team that I mentioned earlier that currently has an active headcount of about 54 people and we'll continue to hire.
