over the past year, right, I know I've called you lots of times, but I'm still looking for guidance on this, right, we have fielded numerous complaints about elevators, outage in large apartment buildings, six floors, And a lot of these buildings have older adults in these buildings.
3:43:37
So my seniors are like, can't go to the doctor, I can't get my go to the grocery shop, and I had one older adult that she was discharged from the hospital but we couldn't get her back into the apartment because there's no elevator.
3:43:50
So so how quickly does DOB usually be able is usually able to inspect, put an elevator back in service from the time the tenant report the outage?
3:43:59
What does your timeline look like?
James "Jimmy" S. Oddo

Councilmember, I'm gonna have deputy commissioner Chamash just explain the process because we're not the ones that do the work to get it back in

shape.

And then I wanna give you some some numbers because there is an issue in terms of our service level going in the wrong direction.

But before I get to that
Rita C. Joseph
3:44:24
Right.
James "Jimmy" S. Oddo
3:44:24
To that candid conversation, I wanna have the deputy commissioner sort of frame out the process for you a bit.
