We will vote to approve LU's two five one concerning the SCA request for the site selection approval for a 547 c primary school facility in Milton, Majority Leader Farias' district in the Bronx.

We will approve LUs two five two and two five three for the West 120 Eighth Street and West 120 Ninth Street cluster, a request by HPD for a UDAP approval and an article 11 tax exemption for the preservation of four buildings and resulting in approximately 96 affordable units in council member Salon's district in Manhattan.

We'll vote to approve, preconsiders, l use items for a project in my district to approve a request from HPD for an amended project summary related to a previously adopted approval in 02/2019 of a disposition that facilitated the development of the Brook 150 Sixth project at 740 Brook Avenue.

The project summary is amended to allow the commercial use at the ground Floor in addition to community facility use.

Finally, we will vote to approve LU two thirty eight for the H and H Operating Agreement Application submitted by DCAS to facilitate the transfer of various city owned properties to the Health and Hospitals Corporation.
