Thank you very much.

I certainly will be voting for the scaffolding, but I wanna mention one thing because a lot of the coops have contacted me actually just yesterday and today, which is on March, if we are talking about within every ninety days to produce a report, it's gonna include the engineer's report, the architect's report, the sign offs, the filing of signatures, and I guess a fee.
0:32:16
But the fee will be more than the usual $1.35 per year because you have to pay the architect and the engineer and so on every ninety days.
0:32:24
And I'm not sure that DOB is gonna read these reports coming in every ninety days.
0:32:29
So what I'm saying is, hopefully, in the rule making, commissioner Otto can take a look at this and see if there's a longer time period.

I know that, chair powers have figured out how to have more grace period and figure out hardships.
0:32:44
So maybe every every coop should say I have a hardship and that would end the problem.
0:32:48
But I would like to say that, DOB needs to look at this carefully and figure out a way that they are not, particularly some of the coops, paying every ninety days for all of these services that then are gonna end up having a harder higher fee and more time involved.
0:33:03
Because that's not the purpose.
0:33:04
The purpose is to get the scaffolding down.
