March 23 was Pakistan day which commemorates the adoption of the Lahore resolution that led to the formation of the nation of Pakistan.

The evening of Saturday March 29 will be the start of Eid al Fitr which marks the end of the blessed month of Ramadan to the nearly 1,000,000 Muslim New Yorkers who make our diverse city stronger, Eid Mubarak.

To end, to mark the end of women's history month, the council will host its annual women's history month celebration right here in the People's House on Monday March 31.
