I'll just final question.
1:13:28
Do you all think having one central location and there's other agencies that I think can also be involved in a fire that are not here.
1:13:34
DP, I know, is one of them.
1:13:36
I get calls oftentimes from homeowners that need assistance to get the water turned off.
1:13:40
You know?
1:13:42
Is there is having a central location, a portal helpful in the way that you all communicate to one another to assist the tenants and the homeowners and just assist the job that you're that you are all doing?
1:13:55
Is something like a portal helpful to that in the instance of an emergency and a fire?
1:14:00
Obviously, every situation is different.
1:14:02
There could be other agencies that are not here today, but is that something that you all would support?
AnnMarie Santiago
1:14:10
I think personally I think a portal is very hard to coordinate.
1:14:15
The different agencies work at different paces, we have different milestones that we're trying to meet, we have different staff that may be speaking with an owner or a tenant.
1:14:24
I think in terms of of HPD and DOB, who's our most common you know, there there are most commonly cases where both an HPD and a DOB vacate are issued, is that our HPD staff know to check Department of Buildings to see if there's an open vacate and advise an owner or a tenant that they also need to be aware of that vacate.
1:14:46
And to tell them you need to file your plans and permits with DOB based on whatever's on that vacate.
1:14:53
So I think our communication with with owners and tenants is fairly straightforward and easiest if it's directly with with the party.
1:15:03
Again, we would reach out to tenants if we had contact information.
Jennifer Gutiérrez
1:15:06
But tenants and and homeowners alike have to know Yes.
1:15:09
To seek that information as opposed to having it all live in in one Understood.
1:15:13
Location.
1:15:14
Okay.
1:15:14
Thank you so much.
1:15:16
Thank you, chairs.
1:15:16
I appreciate it.
AnnMarie Santiago
1:15:18
Sure.
