I know I was bombarded you know with many of the emergencies that we've had because my office you know we have these pink hats and we put on our pink hats and we go and talk to everybody when an emergency happens.

And then those pink hats and that you know we scribble it down and then we put it into spreadsheets and then we're able to share with others but it shouldn't have to be that way.

That's so inefficient, right?
2:12:36
So yeah, I just want to thank you so much for everything that you do and thank you sharing your stories because this is the foundation of how we effectuate change.

Thank you.
