Just for the record, I have tried to speak to the speaker's office.

Land use asked when was this project?
0:03:17
City owned land project has been given over to a developer.
0:03:22
I asked when was that done.
0:03:24
I have documentation from way before that this was proposed for another CBO.
0:03:31
And now to say on the last day that you changed the project into giving us three more three bedroom apartments is kind of shameful, and I'm sad for this administration.

Every time something is in the district that the community really needs affordable housing, 70 to 80% AMI is not affordable in Howard House's development really right across the street.

This project lease should be 60% AMI, and with audacity with this HPD saying that subject to change.
0:04:10
And I'm letting my community know subject to change is that when this project go through, they're gonna change to 80 or 90 AMI.
0:04:18
I do not believe anything that they say as of yet, and putting it in that way that they would change it any other day after this project is done is shameful.
0:04:29
And I vote no on this project, and I hope my colleagues can help me because if they would do this to my district, they're gonna do it to yours next.
0:04:38
So just remember that.
0:04:40
And for the record, I'm voting no on this project.
