Yes, that's a great question.

We currently, of those 80 we have 14 case workers in the pipeline and we're happy to report that in our collaboration with the Department of Citywide Administrative Services with DCAS, we have, or DCAS has established a case worker civil service list.

So we've already attended two civil service pools to recruit case workers and we have another one coming up next Thursday, not this Thursday, next week Thursday.

So, since, DCAS has established a pastor's pools, we can now quickly, identify candidates and begin the hiring process.

Prior to the civil services, we were hiring provisionally case workers, but now there's there's a civil services that actually expedites our hiring process because we'll have a pool and we could have 50 candidates in one city and then do round robin interviewing and select the candidates that best qualify for APS.

Not every person who comes to the pool is is adequate for for APS and we try to do our best to verify those who who we think are the best suited for this work.
