The individual is APS eligible, the APS staff member will work with the client to refer them to whatever housing setting is suitable for them.

If it's supportive housing there is requirement for a mental health diagnosis.

If there is a need for a more supportive environment such as rehabilitation and a nursing home, They will have to have certain skilled nursing needs.
