Council Member Hudson inquires about how APS measures the success of their interventions and what data they can share about client outcomes, especially for older adults. APS representatives explain their assessment methods and key focus areas.

  • APS conducts ongoing case reviews at different levels, including internal audits and reviews by OCFS
  • Assessments focus on three pillars: housing stability, income stability, and health stability
  • These pillars ensure clients are stably housed, able to pay bills, and accessing necessary healthcare

I would also add, I mean in those assessments what we're triaging is housing stability, income stability and health stability.
1:23:08
Those are three pillars for us to ensure someone is stably housed, they're able to pay for their bills either through themselves or through financial management as well as health stability, are they accessing the care that they need.
