The project requires several actions to facilitate development:
- Rezoning the block to the MX M1-5/R7-3 District
- A text amendment to add Mandatory Inclusionary Housing (MIH)
- Waterfront certification
These actions are necessary to allow for the proposed mixed-use development while maintaining existing uses on the site.
