The project includes several community benefits and demonstrates ongoing engagement with local stakeholders to address neighborhood needs and concerns.
- Plans for a national grocery store and space for local retailers on the ground floor
- Working with Council Members Hudson and Joseph to potentially provide community space for seniors or youth
- Engaged in discussions with 32BJ union for a project labor agreement to provide union jobs after construction
- Commitment to addressing community needs through retail offerings and potential community spaces
- Ongoing dialogue with local representatives to refine the project and maximize community benefits

We're also working with council member Hudson as well as council member Joseph to help to provide a community space for seniors or youth that which we've been told is is desperately needed in the area.
