The project includes several community benefits and demonstrates ongoing engagement with local stakeholders to address neighborhood needs and concerns.

  • Plans for a national grocery store and space for local retailers on the ground floor
  • Working with Council Members Hudson and Joseph to potentially provide community space for seniors or youth
  • Engaged in discussions with 32BJ union for a project labor agreement to provide union jobs after construction
  • Commitment to addressing community needs through retail offerings and potential community spaces
  • Ongoing dialogue with local representatives to refine the project and maximize community benefits
