The application before this subcommittee is the 19 Massive Avenue rezoning, which if approved would facilitate development of a of a approximately 17,000 square foot building in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn Community District 1 with which would have 15 apartments including either four or five apartments, affordable apartments built pursuant to MIH above a commercial ground floor.
