I just want to thank you all for letting us come and speak.

And we have participated, I myself and a lot of my neighbors have participated in several meetings about the R7X zone change for 166 Kings Highway.

And at the meeting last night, which was very productive, thank you to Susan, there was an overwhelming support for changing this to an R seven a with deed restrictions requested by the community.

And we really support this agreement that Susan and the owner of the building have come up with.

And we really appreciate all the listening that both sides did, and I felt like we really compromised and came to a decision.
