Hello.
0:59:30
Can you hear me?
0:59:31
I'm Teresa Westerdahl.
0:59:34
I live on Sullivan Place right down the street from the development, and I do serve on community board nine in the Europe Committee, but I'm here representing myself.
0:59:45
I do walk by this project several times every day on the way to Prospect Park.
0:59:52
The only reason this building is in any sort of decay is because of lack of care from the owners of the building.
1:00:01
I am extremely concerned as are my neighbors about the effects of the shadowing that will be on the there's seven sites that'll be shadowed by this building has their since it'll be developed.
1:00:15
And if you walk by during the whole of the year, you could see how the sun rises and how the shadows will, in fact, impact this area throughout the day, especially in the early hours.
1:00:30
And in the winter, the sun doesn't rise up to the full height.
1:00:34
It's always on the horizon, which will be the entire winter.
1:00:38
If you look, I've done my own study.
1:00:41
I've taken a lot of photos, and it will have a unfair impact.
1:00:47
And I believe if they're gonna build the building, it should be done in a way that allows the sun to shine through.
1:00:55
Changing the as of right is pretty good.
1:00:59
The photos that were shown do not show the current developments that are happening on the site at all, including on the same block, the old Firestone site on Sullivan, Empire, And McKeever.
1:01:14
That needs to be shown.
1:01:15
I see no nothing in this site.
1:01:19
I'm really wanting bike racks in developments that happen.
1:01:23
Nobody's putting up bike racks, and there is a need, a heavy need for any development to have foresight with bike racks all around the sites.
1:01:33
So thank you for listening.
1:01:35
I have a lot more to say, And I do agree with her.
1:01:37
I am only here because I couldn't register online to speak in the drop down menu.
1:01:43
We are not able to register for this hearing.
1:01:46
