Before we begin, I want to acknowledge the senseless death of Exenia Met, also known as Zini, who was struck in the head by a stray bullet as she rushed outside of her apartment in Harlem to try to stop the violence she heard.

Zini was a grandmother known throughout her neighborhood as a pillar of the community and our heart breaks at the loss of life for this innocent bystander who wanted nothing more than to stop the violence.
