This is gonna completely overhaul or change the way that we manage and and regulate the private carding industry.

The first thing that I'll point out is that now haulers are required to have written service agreements with every customer.

In in today's world, too many of these agreements are not written.

So we get all of the benefits associated with written service agreements.

That must require the provisions that we established in our RFP.

We're also going to be collecting a huge amount of data from each Carter, everything from GPS tracking to complaints and violations, and that sort of information, which will very much help our enforcement efforts And each Carter in their contract is now subject to an audit by DSNY and we are building out a robust audit team within our Bureau of Commercial Waste to hit the ground running.
