The presentation provides detailed information about the existing building conditions within the proposed rezoning area.
- 80% of properties (8 out of 10) in the rezoning area are currently non-complying with existing zoning
- 4 properties are built to a floor area ratio (FAR) greater than what R6B allows
- After rezoning, 100% of properties would either comply or come closer to complying with zoning regulations
- This information supports the argument that the rezoning would bring most properties into compliance
