That was about the fact that he and other city of New York personnel illegally kept me out of the public meeting on October 25 2017.

So with regards to the the agenda for today's hearing, I'm gonna be filing papers in litigation against the city tomorrow to to create job openings by having you, Mister French, other HR personnel fired.

One of the things that the committee council stated today, or I think you stated, is that people can't record video recordings as they testify.
