We we do have internship programs too within the city council offices So we could actually do a program.

And I think that's that if that comes from your office, it can come from this committee, but I think it if we got support from DVS on let's say, hire a vet or, you know, allow veteran opportunities within the the council offices.

I think that's the way to get the word out to to constituents.

We see dozens of constituents a day then we also have regular town meetings in my office and around my office.

So getting the word out that way is and having a veteran speak to, you know, the public is also very, very important.

Something we're very much open to, and this is I'm saying this we're both city government at the end of the day.

We're an approved SkilBridge partner.

SkilBridge is the partner of defense program where someone who's within their last 6 months of service can, so long as their senior supervisor approves, work for a non, you know, military government related organization.

The, you know, working, you know, for the city of New York or working in the private sector, working with a nonprofit, and it's work that can be done full time as far as either hybrid remover or, you know, in person.

And so we have a skill bridge and turn ourselves with us, a young man who's marine transitioning out.

He's in you know, he's just leading the marine corps, looking at what he's doing, but he's been with us.

And that's a program where I think that this is something we could also work on, where if someone is looking to be skillbridge, we can be the administrative lead for it.
