Just a couple of questions on your testimony.

Can you talk a a bit about why it's so important to have real time, real timely data on workplace fatalities and how you would utilize this data.

Well, I mean, I think certainly on the real time data comes into play in a big way when we take into account the fact that 85 percent of the the fatalities on the constructions, I mean, you know, obviously, I represent labor, so I speak from the construction side.

But but are Latino or immigrant workers.

The problem with that not having timely information, particularly with immigrant workers, is the immigrant workers, if unfortunately they're undocumented, they don't stay in the same place very long.

Something happens traumatic like that on a job site, somebody dies, somebody help.

People scatter, and then that data gets lost and nobody gets nobody brings justice to bear on the people who are the cause of this.

It's just extremely important to get it out there as quickly as Buffalo, and it also helps us recognize industry trends.

Where we see dangerous practices starting to pop up, and they need to be changed.

So, yeah, I think the time we timely data is extremely important.
