Thank you, madam's speaker, and congratulations to all my colleagues and especially counsel member file Lewis.

For your hard work in passing those bill, the vitals to our community, the strength of maternal care, and bringing transparency to maternal mortality information, and we know who are dying.

In our community, especially the black and brown communities is about time.

Today's legislation is a significant step forward in addressing the stark maternal health disparities that disproportionately attack black women in our city.

But we know this is just the beginning.

As we celebrate the milestone, I urge us all to remain committed to securing the additional resources and funding needed to ensure that every mother, regardless of the race or income, has access to the care they deserve.

Together, we can continue working toward a city where all mothers can deliver their babies safely and thrive as they raise the next generation of New Yorkers.

Additionally, I would like to ask to my colleagues for the support of Anshul 1082, which is being introduced today.

This bill will study and report on this, and the course requires to start and maintain a small business.

With recommendation on how we can reduce these barriers.

This is the rhetoric, but the black and brown communities are losing their business left and right.

And we must ensure that entrepreneurs are giving the support that they need and deserve to success, especially in today's challenging economic environment is not really welcoming those that have the big dream.
