The monitor first determines if the issue falls within their oversight as per the agreement
If within their jurisdiction, they proceed as with any tenant complaint
If outside their jurisdiction, they find the appropriate person to address the issue
The monitor acts more as a conduit than a referee in these situations

So when you narrow scope of elevators, heat, lead, if a resident comes to you and makes a complaint a a resident resides in a Rad Pak, makes a complaint about installation of elevator, it being too small, the elevator not having a window, when it had a window, while it was under under nitrile, how would you address that?

I think we would go back in two ways.

So the the first going to your point, is is this an issue that is covered in the agreement?

So what is Nitrogen's responsibility with respect to elevators that are part of developments that go Rad Pak, check that obligation, check our oversight of that obligation, see whether that issue is within the terms of the agreement and therefore part of our oversight.

If the answer is yes, then we would proceed as with any tenant complaint and of something that's within our oversight.

If it's not inside our if it's not inside our oversight, we would find the right person to address that issue too.

Whether at it whether that's some you know, probably someone at night job, maybe it's someone at the management company that's overseeing it, And then we would pass that information off.

And then typically, we would get an update from the resident as to whether that was a successful or not successful.

So your so your role would be to be a referee in a sense or in a situation like that.

How I mean, really, what I wanna get to is exactly what role will you play in these situations with their constant issues coming up and with their constant complaints of the lack thereof of oversight by Nitro when it comes to the Rad Pak.
