The for as far as the paraprofessionals go, we are actively recruiting on a daily basis.

We have an open survey on our website, that anyone who has an interest can apply on that site.

We have been holding borrower based job fairs.

We have had 7 in the last 2 months, which have resulted in, 2,000 almost 2,000 new substitute parent nominations.

They are going through the process right now.
