- Under the LV litigation, the DOE is required to make payments within 35 days of receiving an order.
- The US Department of Education is asking the DOE to reduce this timeline to 30 days.

So under LV, the requirement is that we have to make payments within 35 days of the order of receiving the order.

The state is actually asking us to try to get that, I think, via US DOE, is asking us to get that down to 30 days.
