The proposed project will be developed under HPD's Extremely Low and Low Income Affordability Program or ELLA with a mix of studio to four bedroom units.

56% of the units will be affordable to individuals and families earning up to 60% of AMI or 83, thousand 880 for a family of three.

Additionally, 28% of the units will be family sized, as Thomas mentioned, which includes two, three, and four bedroom apartments.
