You know, Chair, sadly, when we talked about this internally as an applicant team, when you look at that one story concrete, it's not even really a structure, it's like a shell.

That happened because there was a prior developer who over thirty years ago, really for want of a better term, took advantage of the church and proposed a partnership where they would build something.

And so that property has sat with this dilapidated structure for over thirty years.

I think one thing that we've all been united on in terms of our community conversations has been the opportunity to really right that wrong.
