And and I would agree with you, given that this space has been around so long, there are feelings about this space, but certainly, you know, our district wants this to be beautiful.

We want this to enhance the community, And again, we a certain thing about, you know, those of us in Queens and the characteristic of our neighborhoods goes along, so we would want this to fit in as well.

And looking at the rooftop space itself, that's an unusual thing to do in in District 28.

And when I look at looked at it the first time, all I could think is what what if we turn this into because it looks like a private space to me just for the residents, and that's something that we don't wanna do is isolate the community.

I mean we'd have to talk internally just I guess there's liability and other issues with regards to that.

The idea here was to have space where community, where at least the residents of the building would be able to engage in wellness classes.
