It takes courage to do what you're doing.

It takes courage to speak up and stand up and be vulnerable, so I wanna acknowledge that.

And I think that the experience that you're going through right now, it's important for people to hear it and to know that it is happening.

And I'm sorry that you all are going through this.

I I can't imagine what it feels like to to have the instability that you all are all feeling right now, especially as you speak about your hopes for the future of your careers, which obviously took a lot of schooling and a lot of sacrifices to get to where where you are.

And and I wanna thank you for also highlighting, you know, the workers that have experienced targeting through this process as well.
